We are looking for a ERP / Ops Process Manager (m/f/d).

Business Process Automations / Operational Excellence
  • Responsible to automate crucial business processes and create internal tools for the respective teams - all without writing a single line of code
  • Proactively identify, prioritize and recommend end-to-end process improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, IT and Business Intelligence to enable greater operational and sales automation and enable an ever improving customer experience
  • CRM System - own and develop the full CRM setup, process, dashboards, and ecosystem as well as all related tools, continually upgrading our sales and operational enablement infrastructure

Sales Processes
  • Support the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization, supporting sales strategies via tools, processes, and analysis
  • Be responsible for the whole sales reporting, performance tracking and the data infrastructure (together with BI)
  • Compliance audits: ensure that teams provide all necessary information in our systems of record
  • 1+ years of relevant sales operations / demand planning / program management / analytics team lead experience at a fast growing international tech platform or SAAS company
  • Understanding of sales ops and B2C products and proven ability to build processes
  • Experience in building architecture documentation (Process Flows, Solution Architecture, Roadmap, Capability Maps etc)
  • Application lifecycle management experience across several clouds and departments
  • Ability to build strong trusting relationships with sales reps, leaders, and cross-functionally
  • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a strategic self-starter who can drive adoption as well as ‘roll up the sleeves’ and make things happen
  • Previous experience in a high growth startup or another high-performance environment
  • Natural curiosity about software tools
